DELEGATES PLEASE NOTE:  By submitting this registration you hereby confirm that you wish to register for the 2024 ICBMD Conference under the following conditions:

• Registration is for the full conference, to be held on 11-12 September 2024.
• The personal details supplied in the registration form are the correct details of the delegate that will be attending the conference. If another person is to attend as a substitute, ICBMD will be informed prior to the conference.
• My institution/organization/department will transfer the applicable conference fee into the bank details detailed on the invoice  before 31 May 2024 (for Early Bird registrations) OR 31 June 2024 (for Regular Registration)
• If this registration is cancelled less than 14 days before the conference, OR if I do not attend the conference, I accept that the full conference fee will be payable.
• Please note that this is an in-person on-site (not virtual) conference.
